Happy new week!
I don’t know about you, but after October arrives, I become super busy. At work we start ramping up for the huge trade show that starts at the end of November. I typically lead the email strategy: design, creation, program set-up, coordinating with over ten product teams, and overall project management. It’s quite time consuming and that’s only PART of my job. haha. I still have all my other projects to manage! Needless to say, the work days fly by! (I can’t complain about that!) =)
At home, I keep up on designing (for my Etsy shop – here), setting up collaborations and styling for my blog, and decorating (and DIY’ing projects) for our home! I recently restyled my entire family room and living room! And, of course, I have countless other little projects lined up for when I find free-time. I’m also in the middle of a slight re-brand for my Etsy shop and social media sites. Can you believe I design invites, art prints, business cards, etc. and have yet to design and print my own business cards? Yeah….. that’s also in the works, too! haha. And soon I’ll be receiving a book about hand-lettering. I’ll definitely be finding some time to learn and design some new art prints in my shop that utilize my new skill!!
Last, but definitely not least, I’m still working on my “fit” goals. I’ve injured some muscles around my lower left ribs, so I’m taking it easy as of now, but soon that will also pick up again! Not to mention trying new recipes to keep our dinners healthy and not boring.
Yep…I’m just a tad busy haha. With all that being said, I think I found the perfect quote for this next week:
“Don’t stop when you are tired. Stop when you are done.”
Although all of this can completely tire me out, getting it all done will be so rewarding! And it also helps that I enjoy the journey along the way! This week, I hope you keep up all the good work that you’re doing and feel so accomplished after you complete your projects! =)

October is always one of my busiest times of the year, but it’s also when I feel like I accomplish the most too! Which makes sense I guess… 🙂

Great quote as I am literally that way. This past weekend, I was trying to get ahead and get a post written and my head was literally falling down because I was falling asleep at my laptop. I was definitely done at that point and I showed myself to bed, haha. You sound super busy too & my daytime job tradeshow season gets insane now too. I’ll be doing a lot more traveling coming up so that’ll be a blur! xx, adaatude.com

Those fit goals are never ending for me lol. The fall always seems like a whirlwind with work kicking into high gear and the holidays coming in at full swing. I’m a fellow “busy body” with always 8 or 9 things going on at once and yet still figuring out how I can fit 2 or 3 more things on my plate. like you said, as overwhelming as it can be at times, it’s all worth it when you accomplish everything you set out to do.
Thanks for the motivation
