My husband uses his AirPods while working around the home and I truly hated the thought of the damaging effects of EMF so close to his head. After we put on the EMF blocking stickers and tested the EMF difference with a meter, we’re happy to report they work well! We even gave some to my dad who uses his AirPods often, too! 🥰

Have you heard?! I wanted to announce some great news on my birthday!! 🥰 Swipe to see! ➡️

We are beyond thrilled to announce that we are officially adopting our daughters! In just a few short months, they will finally become Rays! 🥳 They’ve had our unconditional love since they’ve joined our family on Christmas Eve of 2020, and we’re so excited we’re now able to promise them that we are truly their FOREVER FAMILY! ❤️

To be honest, our girls already consider themselves Rays and have called us Mommy and Daddy (and told us Sophie and Ollie are their fur-sister and fur-brother) since the beginning! They see and feel the love our entire family & friends have for them and they’ve known they are safe and so loved by all of us! ❤️ Their one big worry was that they’d be moved to a different home (or back to a previous home). And it broke me that I couldn’t promise them they’d be with us, forever. Now, I’m shouting from the rooftops that they can always be with Daddy and Mommy and their worry is quickly fading away!

As you may know, adoption has always been on my heart. God knew He had these two little girls planned for our family and guided us to this path. We prayed for these girls before they were born. We prayed they would stay safe. We prayed they’d fit into our family in such a natural way. God answered all of our prayers and included many of our hopes as well. God is so good. His RAYdiant love is undeniable. 💖

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying the path of fostering-to-adopt isn’t hard, because, my goodness, it is. Among many other important pieces, all the trauma from the childrens’ past seems to become yours as you love them and help them walk through the memories and recreate new ones. It can be overwhelming and heartbreaking for them and you, and you know they can’t handle it all on their own. But it is ALL worth it. All of it.

We truly can’t wait to see what the future holds for our forever family!

This past week we celebrated my birthday!! 🎉 years on this earth and THIS year will be the first full year I’ve been “Momma” to these little ones. They’ve stolen my heart and have changed my life in so many ways. Knowing their story, I feel so blessed for my past and present. I will work tirelessly for these girls and make sure their present and future are as amazing as they are! I’ve been so blessed with my family, husband, daughters, fur babies, and friends. I often realize that everything I have now, I’ve prayed for in the past. God is amazing and this life is truly a gift. Make it a great one, friends! 💕

Last month, on the 9 year anniversary of our wedding engagement (didn’t realize the significance until the day of!) we had professional photos taken of our family. 😍

Getting the images back was truly surreal. God is so good! We feel so blessed to be momma and dadda to these sweet little ones! We LOVE them “to infinity and beyond!” 🚀

P.s. We still don’t know if/when we can officially adopt them, but God knows. And we trust HIS plan!! ❤️
