Mixing patterns is such a fun thing to do, even though I stay pretty modest with it. Florals and stripes, leopard and stripes, stripes and stripes. See a pattern here? (Yes, that pun was intended :P) Honestly though, I love stripes. Especially black and white ones. That’s why the second I saw this black and white stripe dress on The Mint Julep Boutique, I knew it was for me! =)
This dress will be used a TON in fall, but it even works well for cooler summer nights! When we took these photos, it was about 85+ degrees, so I was boiling in this dress! It’s definitely warm and high quality! And looks much more expensive that it is!
My husband (who takes my outfit photos) and I were so excited when we randomly came across this building. We knew we wanted to stop and shoot this outfit! With a quick change in the car, we were ready for photos! Isn’t the ivy on this building just stunning?! Also, if you can spot it, on the left-hand side of the building you can see a yellow caution sign that says “fallout shelter.” My husband really liked that little detail!
